Family-run in Clearwater, built on details.
Maria's Magic Broom started with one cleaner, one broom and a simple rule: leave every home the way you would want your own to be left. Today it is a small, trained team serving Clearwater and the wider Tampa Bay area, still family-run, still checking every room before we leave.
Maria came to cleaning the way many good cleaners do: by caring about it more than most people think is reasonable. The business grew by word of mouth in Clearwater, one referral at a time.
Being small is part of how we keep quality. Every cleaner is trained on the same checklist, every job is confirmed in advance, and Maria still hears about every visit.

A small team, one standard.
Every cleaner is trained on the same checklist and the same order of steps, so the result does not depend on who is on your schedule that day. Maria still hears about every visit.
The Magic Standard
The magic is in the details. Here is what that means in practice.
- Clear scope
- Before we visit, you know what is included in a regular or deep clean and what counts as an extra.
- Trained team
- Vetted, trained cleaners who work to one standard and one order of steps in every home.
- Detail check
- A completion checklist for the kitchen, bathrooms, floors and key surfaces, then a final walk-through.
- Communication
- A confirmation before the visit, text or call whenever you need, and a note when we are finished.
- Home respect
- Your things and your privacy are treated with care. You should feel safe having us in your home.
- Service recovery
- If something was missed, tell us and we will come back and make it right.
