Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients leave a key, a code or a lockbox. We confirm access with you before the first visit and keep it on file for the next ones.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. If you prefer specific products, or want green cleaning only, tell us when you book and we will plan around it.
What if something was missed?
Let us know and we will come back to take care of it. That is part of the Magic Standard, not a favor.
How does pricing work?
The estimate depends on the type of cleaning, the size of the home and how often we come. Recurring visits cost less per visit. You see the estimate on the quote page and we confirm the final price before the first cleaning.
